PODCAST'S I LOVE
These podcast's have been intricate in my healing and I think you will love them too. Click on the headphones to be taken to the podcast website.
DIETICIANS UNPLUGGED
Aaron Flores and Glenys Oyston are two body positive Registered Dieticians. Their podcast is a gift to all of us and you definitely should give it a listen. They interview other dieticians, body positive advocates, fat positive advocates, self love warriors plus many more. They have great chemistry together and are a joy to listen to.
FOOD PSYCH
Christy Harrison is a HAES (health at every size) registered dietician. She interviews psychology professionals, anti-diet activists and leaders in the body liberation movement. She has an extremely calming voice and interviews really well. I have to say I binged all of her episodes in about 2 weeks! They're that GOOD!
QUIT DIETING FOR GOOD
Caitlin's podcast is new for me, but I'm quickly falling in love with it. She has a variety of interviews to choose from, like binge eating, body image, dieting, emotional eating and much more. She has a soft voice and is best listened to when you have a nice quiet place to listen.
INSPIRE NATION SHOW
This has got to be my most favorite podcast out of all of these. Michael Sandler (WOOHOO, you will understand this when you listen to his show) is a gift to all of us and his show is a MUST LISTEN! He has a gift for seeing the beauty that is life and for showing you how to live yours to the fullest. He interviews a wide range of people who have achieved great things, overcome addictions, how to heal the mind and so much more. There are a few episodes I haven't listened to and you can skip them as well. (they are exercise focused or food focused) I can't express enough of how good this podcast is and how much it will change your life.
THE ADDICTION PODCAST
The Addiction Podcast Point of No Return is so good! The host Joanie does an amazing job interviewing people who have gone through recovery and family members who have lost someone to addiction. Joanie has real conversations and isn't afraid to get into the nitty gritty of what addiction really looks like. While she herself has never struggled with addiction she is still able to empathize with those who have and is on a mission to spread awareness and hope.
Each one of these podcasts brings it's own unique healing powers. I absolutely believe and know that they have changed my life and they can change yours too. I use Google podcast as my listening app but you can find them on apple podcast, stitcher, player FM and many more. When you listen to an episode I would love it if you would screenshot the episode and tag me on Instagram; you can also shoot me a message and let me know what you think. I look forward to hearing from all of you!
