This was my perfect self care day. I needed the sun on my skin and my toes in the sand. Only 2 years ago I wouy have never taken off my shirt and just walked on the beach. Today I am free and completely in love with my body and all that it does for me. Not every day is going to be good but when they are celebrate it with all of your heart and the days you struggle remember you are not alone and this thing we call self-love and courage takes daily work.
